TEDx Youth@AICS 2025

Being a Co-Head on the TEDx Media team for AICS 2025 was an incredible journey that sharpened my leadership and teamwork skills. I learned the ins and outs of behind-the-scenes editing, collaborating closely with team members to craft compelling narratives. Effective communication was key, especially during the event, where we relied on clear coordination to ensure everything ran smoothly. These experiences not only enhanced my video editing skills but also strengthened my ability to lead and motivate a team.

Leading the TEDx Media Team at AICS 2025 was an incredible experience. Working with such a creative team taught me the importance of clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability. Seeing our planning, filming, and editing come together on event day was truly rewarding, and it gave me the chance to grow as both a leader and a storyteller.

SPAICS SCAMSAT

CO-Head of SPAICS 2025

Taking part in: ESERO / European Space Agency CanSat Competition

Species Camera Satellite, or  Team SCAMSAT for short, is a dedicated team focused on attracting and detecting life forms using a digital camera and IR Sensors, along with calculating temperature and pressure. I am the head of this Team and this year taking on the role of Public Relations, Body Design, along with mentoring new students for future years. My role is to gather sponsors, budget, managing the social media, all event operations along with make sure there is enough space for all components of the Primary and Secondary Mission.

Final Spot: TOP 10

  • Advanced CAD skills: Developed full CAD blueprints for the CanSat structure, modelled complex 3D parts with precise tolerances, and integrated accurate representations of sensors, PCBs, and wiring. Optimised internal layout to maximise space efficiency and ensure secure component placement.
  • Team leadership: Led the SPAICS team through test launches, final launch preparations, and the official presentation. Coordinated transportation, scheduling, and task delegation, ensuring the team stayed on track with deadlines.
  • Budgeting & sponsorships: Oversaw financial planning and successfully secured two sponsors to support mission costs.
  • Media & communications: Managed social media updates, visual documentation, and regular progress reporting to maintain transparency and team alignment.

Sol EL Luna photography / videography

Restaurant Shoot

I had the opportunity to take photos and videos for Sol El Luna during one of their events, which gave me a chance to apply my creative skills in a real-world setting. Throughout the evening, I focused on capturing the atmosphere and aesthetic of the night, blending candid shots of attendees with dynamic video clips of key moments and performances. I paid attention to lighting, movement, and composition to ensure the visuals reflected the warm, energetic identity of Sol El Luna. The final content I produced was later used to showcase the event’s unique vibe and support their promotional material, helping them highlight the experience to a wider audience.

Stop Motion Animator

Leap of Faith

I recreated the “Leap of Faith” scene from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse as a way to test everything I had learned from three years of animation. Using Lego stop-motion, I applied the 12 principles of animation, advanced lighting control, precise camera movement, and detailed set design to capture the same energy and emotion of the original shot. This project wasn’t just a remake, it was a personal benchmark. It pushed my patience, creativity, and technical skill, and it represents the moment I realised how much I enjoy bringing ideas to life through animation.

Goal: 'The Illusion of Life,' a Disney book, explains 12 rules that must be carried out for an animation to appear realistic in terms of our planet's physics. These physics restrictions are not obvious in my older videos, which makes them look choppy and unreal. As a result, I intend to create 13 videos, each representing one of the 12 principles of animation, with a final larger video demonstrating the use of all 12 principles of animation at once. This last film will mimic Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse (2018)'s 'What's Up, Danger?' leap of faith scene. I shall research the 12 principles of animation, watch various videos, and examples, read sites, and learn from movies. I will achieve this learning goal by producing this product. While making this product I learnt 3 sets of skills, organization skills, media literacy skills, and creative thinking skills,.

3D Design

Bauhaus BUILD

My Bauhaus building project grew out of a genuine interest in modernist design and how structure, simplicity, and function come together. I wanted to explore how the Bauhaus philosophy can be applied to contemporary living spaces, so I treated the project as a chance to experiment, refine ideas, and really understand how design decisions shape the way people interact with their environment.

To bring the concept to life, I used 3D software to create detailed mockups and a full floor plan. Working digitally allowed me to test different room configurations, optimise the use of space, and play with lighting and proportions. The process taught me a lot about architectural modelling and showed me how much impact thoughtful spatial design can have on the overall feel of a building. The video on the side is a full walk-through of the 3D-rendered home that I produced, this gives a viewpoint of how the home would appeal to a human eye level..

Application Prototyping

FIGMA APP DESIGN

I’ve followed the Bricks in Motion community for years, but I always seemed to miss their events because I was never notified in time. It was frustrating. To solve this, I started prototyping an app with a wide range of features, event alerts, deadlines, submission tracking, and community tools, all designed to make it easier for fans like me to stay connected and never miss an opportunity again.

Alongside the app concept, I used my interest in LEGO animation to create a short PSA announcing the prototype. It was a fun way to blend my passion for stop-motion with a practical solution, and it helped me visualise how the app could be introduced to the community. Although the app never became official, the entire project was a personal learning experience built from scratch in Figma.

TEACHING & WEBSITE DESIGN

EDUBRIDGE

eduBridge is an organisation dedicated to supporting students academically. I focused on teaching stop-motion animation to younger year groups. I designed sessions that introduced them to the basics of visual storytelling, frame by frame movement, and creative problem solving. Working with students of different ages, learning styles, and confidence levels taught me how to adjust my communication on the spot, break down complex steps into simple instructions, and create an environment where everyone felt comfortable contributing. Managing a group with varied personalities also helped me develop stronger classroom presence, patience, and the ability to keep students engaged while still allowing them creative freedom. Through this experience, I learned as much about teaching and communication as the students learned about animation.

At eduBridge, I also took a leading role in strengthening the organisation’s digital presence by creating and managing a range of online campaigns. I designed social media content that was both visually engaging and aligned with EduBridge’s mission, ensuring posts resonated with students and parents. To improve discoverability, I implemented SEO strategies that helped key pages rank higher and attract more organic traffic. Throughout the process, I closely tracked performance metrics across all platforms monitoring engagement rates, audience behaviour, and overall reach. This data driven approach allowed me to refine each campaign, optimise content timing, and consistently improve how effectively EduBridge connected with its online community.
